When you rent the studio, you’re getting exclusive access to a professional creative space designed for photography, videography, and content creation.
Hourly rentals include:
Full use of the studio floor with space for lights, props, and equipment.
Standard lighting equipment and modifiers so you don’t need to bring your own.
Backdrop selection (basic colors, basic fabrics, cyclorama wall, or seamless paper depending on availability).
Temperature-controlled environment for comfort during long shoots.
On-site staff available to help with setup, adjustments, or troubleshooting.
Clean, ready-to-shoot space with restrooms, changing areas, and a touch-up station.

Your Time Begins at Your Booking Start: Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and unload equipment. Setup and breakdown time are included in your rental window.
Creative Freedom: You’ll be in charge of directing your own shoot—posing, styling, and workflow are entirely up to you.
Respect for Time: If another renter is scheduled after you, overtime may not be possible. Any overtime is billed in 15-minute increments.
Studio Rules Apply: Food, drinks, and props are welcome but must be handled responsibly. Certain props (confetti, liquids, paint, glitter, etc.) may require advance approval or a cleanup fee.

To get the most out of your time, preparation is key:
Plan Your Shot List: Know what looks, angles, and poses you want to capture before you arrive. This saves time and ensures nothing is missed.
Bring Your Own Photographer/Team: Rentals don’t include a photographer—you’re providing your own or shooting yourself.
Pack Smart: Bring all necessary gear (camera, batteries, chargers, memory cards, tripods, etc.). We provide studio lighting, but any specialty gear should be brought with you.
Wardrobe & Styling: Have outfits steamed and ready to go. Consider quick-change options to maximize variety.
Arrive Early: Allow time for parking, check-in, and unloading so you can start shooting right at your booking time.
Backup Plan: Save your creative inspo (mood boards, pose references, etc.) on your phone or tablet so you can pull them up quickly.

Do arrive early to unload and be ready when your booked time starts.
Do bring your own photographer, videographer, or team (studio rental does not include one).
Do bring extra batteries, chargers, and memory cards so your shoot doesn’t stall.
Do plan your shot list or bring a mood board to maximize your booked hours.
Do use our lighting and backdrops responsibly — staff is available to help with adjustments.
Do keep your group size manageable (let us know in advance if you’ll have more than 5 people).
Do leave the studio as you found it — neat and ready for the next guest.
Don’t go over time without checking availability — overtime is billed in 15-minute increments.
Don’t bring restricted props (glitter, paint, confetti, liquids, smoke, etc.) without prior approval.
Don’t block roadway, hallways or common areas when unloading equipment.
Don’t leave personal items or trash behind — be mindful of cleanup.
Don’t assume backdrops or specialty props are unlimited — check what’s included when you book.
