We understand life happens. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours before your appointment.
Sessions rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ are eligible to reschedule your session for a future date within the same month (reschedule fee may apply). If there is a no call no show, you will have to rebook with a new fee/cost.
Our studio can be rented by the hour. Your rental includes access to professional lighting, backdrops, and available props. You’ll have the space to yourself during your booking, and our team is on-site to assist if you need help setting up or adjusting equipment.
Time begins at your scheduled start, so please plan to arrive a 3-5 minutes early. Overtime is billed at $25 per 15 minutes beyond your booking.
Studio Rental: You’re renting the space to create on your own (perfect for photographers, videographers, or content creators). Full payment is due to confirm date/time.
In-House Session: You’re booking our photographers for a guided shoot, where we handle the setup, direction, and post-editing. A non-refundable deposit of 35% is required to secure your booking.
Memberships are designed for creators who need consistent access to studio space. With a monthly plan, you receive a set number of hours each month at a discounted rate, plus perks like booking priority, access to select props, and studio assistance.
Yes! Rentals include access to our backdrop options (color, cyclorama wall, or green screen). If you’d like to use premium or custom backdrops, just let us know ahead of time so we can prepare the setup.
Yes, you may bring guests. We just ask that you keep the group size reasonable so the space remains comfortable and safe. If you’re planning to bring a larger group (over 5 people), please let us know in advance so we can accommodate accordingly.
